I had a great stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city. The hotel facilities were fantastic with a spacious car park and a separate breakfast room that offered a wide variety of options. The hotel's location in this great area of the Black Forest made it easy to travel to different attractions. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help.

No negative aspects, everything was perfect.

The hotel is situated in a great location, surrounded by various shops and restaurants, making it easy to find. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the large room, which had a lovely balcony and modern decor. The great advantage was the KONUS Guest Card, which provided us with free transport using most buses, trams, and trains. This was very handy as it took us only 15 minutes to reach the city center of Freiburg, where we enjoyed sightseeing and shopping.

The hotel decor in the hallway was old-fashioned and not much to our liking. We were not impressed with the carpet on the walls and found the plastic plants scattered throughout the hotel too much.
